Candy Cane Protein Shake


I have a craving.  I want a frosty-creamy-minty shake.  This will be breakfastunch.  (That is, if I can find the ingredients.  You'd think in a house with four kids there would be a candy cane around here…)

  • 1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt (optional, you can use 1/2 cup skim, soy, almond milk)
  • 1 serving vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 TBSP sugar free white chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 sugar free mint
  • 1-2 drops peppermint extract 
  • Splenda, Truvia, Stevia —  to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Handful ice cubes
  • Optional – Drop of red food coloring, to swirl in, crushed mint on top…
  • BLEND.
