I have a craving. I want a frosty-creamy-minty shake. This will be breakfastunch. (That is, if I can find the ingredients. You'd think in a house with four kids there would be a candy cane around here…)
- 1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt (optional, you can use 1/2 cup skim, soy, almond milk)
- 1 serving vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 TBSP sugar free white chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 sugar free mint
- 1-2 drops peppermint extract
- Splenda, Truvia, Stevia — to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- Handful ice cubes
- Optional – Drop of red food coloring, to swirl in, crushed mint on top…
- BLEND.
this look yummy- I eat Greek Yogurt- but never thought to use it in a drink! here I go!
Did you know Adams makes a powdered peppermint extract? I use it with s/f Torani Chocolate in my coffee all the time.. like drinking a caffeinated peppermint pattie. yummmmmmmm
